Rental brokerage fee

When we have found a tenant who signs a 12-month contract, we charge you as landlord 1 month's rent, plus 6% turnover tax on this amount. If the tenant leaves within 6 months through no fault of yours (for example due to death or unemployment), we will find you a new tenant free of charge*).

*= This can be claimed if the tenant has paid 5 months or less and leaves the property without your consent as landlord. This only applies to contracts with a term of at least 12 months. The guarantee cannot be invoked if the tenant leaves due to negligence or because you as landlord are in default.
